TDMASn is a key precursor for conformal SnOx films by atomic layer deposition, used in transistors, tandem perovskite solar cells… We found that it degrades, and this has no impact on SnOx morphology, but significantly alters its electronic properties. onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/sm…
