1/ We are represented in Malmo this weekend at the FSE (Football Supporters Europe) Congress. Amongst other matters, we are raising the challenges and issues that we encountered in Lyon.

2/ Some changes are now in place for the coming season - concourses, toilets and refreshment facilities must remain open. Consultation on further changes including ticketing, other holdback issues and transport issues is ongoing for 26/27.

Attended court today as a character witness for a well known home and away United fan accused of assault by beating on a steward at Arsenal away. Pleased to say the verdict was not guilty which was the correct verdict. However lessons to be learned. Will follow up with a report.

Key is to understand that even making unintentional and minimal contact with a steward during a goal celebration could constitute assault by beating if it is deemed to be wreckless. In this case, taking into account the defendants previous good character they ruled in his favour
