Couple of updates from me! First, I submitted my PhD thesis a few weeks ago! 🎉 Next stop the viva. And secondly, if you're interested in estimating the properties of perovskite solar cells via Bayesian inference, check out the very talented Sam McCallum's work in JPhys Energy.

For all the T cell receptor sequencers out there, the latest version of our analysis pipeline Decombinator 5.0 is live, and now on PiPy for greater ease of installtion ! Thanks to Matt Cowley for a huge amount of work ! pypi.org/project/decomb…

Can now run the whole pipeline using a single command. Much faster and more memory efficeint.

Thanks Benny! Highlights include: CLI app, new UMI error-correction algorithm to handle high UMI diversity (24x speedup), new sparse matrix objects for memory efficiency (2x saving), and new testing suite! 🚀
