It’s been another week of training, facilitating workshops and observations for the team Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust. We have supported colleagues from Acute Care Division, TIF2 and Endoscopy. Thank you for engaging with us in A3 thinking, observations, mapping and the 8 wastes. #QIChat


Round up of the week - A great DPG session for Acute Care Division 1/2 day mapping session with ACD colleagues and a second mapping day with haematology colleagues. Thanks to all colleagues for your engagement and enthusiasm using the methodology to improve services for patients. #QIChat




This week the team have been training our DOM MYHT triumvirate in A3 thinking. We look forward to working with you on your application of the training. Another weekly improvement huddle at Trust HQ. We also made a start on not one but two RPIW’s including one in Acute Care Division #QIChat

Friday RPIW report out from Acute Care Division colleagues focusing on DTA to consultant care plan for patients. Great to see such commitment from the team to improve patient care in such challenging times. Thanks to all involved, and we look forward to the 30 day report out.
