Cool, I created a dedicated web application for this that works better than ChatGPT for preparing grant applications. It extracts all grant submission elements and also allows me to create dedicated prompts per form element, giving greater control over content and context.

Obviously I used an LLM to generate the first code. I've never created a website in Python but using Claude and some Python packages I got this running in no time.

Kudos to Matthijs Cluitmans on showing that grant success is always accompanied by rejection during #CARIM2024 symposium. Great advice and getting #AI help! CARIM grantorai.com/accounts/login…

This dramatic quality improvement allows the AI to do very useful "Recommendations for success" for your grant draft. I've found these really helpful as they are tuned to that particular grant and funding body. For this grant, for example, you'll need to include a SWOT analysis.

After these huge quality improvements, I'm now dropping some new basic features for grantorai.com: You can now download, share (with a secret link) and duplicate your grant proposals.

If you want to see an example of what GrantorAI can do, have a look at this fully AI-generated proposal, based on the grant call documents and my rough notes and thoughts on the topic. (No, I'm not really thinking about studying myocardial infarctions at the International Space
