Second day of the conference💕 #EAPC 2024

Had a fantastic time presenting my study on pain assessment and management in advanced #dementia at the School of Pharmacy Postgraduate Away Day. My study explores nursing home staff's knowledge, and practices. Findings revealed significant gaps in training and guideline usage.
