In my last year as a classroom teacher, I had the opportunity to receive feedback from coaches and administrators from STO. Their feedback on my use of instructional strategies helped me to improve as an educator and improved student achievement. #ocpschats

Feedback is definitely a motivating force for students. It lets them know that another set of eyes will be reviewing their work, and helps them to focus on growth and potential, rather than success or failure on their first attempt at a task. #ocpschats

In my new role, I've been very fortunate to receive feedback regularly. The feedback has helped me to improve my facilitation of professional learning. I plan on remaining committed to continuously improving my practice through the implementation of feedback I receive. #ocpschats
