Recently been wondering what would happen if referee requests and reminders came with a notice that said "an author on this paper is expected to be up for tenure in 3/2/etc. years" (if applicable)

If you're an eligible undergrad student who is considering applying to a PhD program in econ (even if you're not sure that's the path you want to take), consider applying to this program! I participated as a student - and later as an instructor.

Really excited we had Maria Zhu out to share her research with us at Gies Business this week! Maria compares teachers' assessments of Black and White students to standardized test scores and finds some interesting results!

My mom (Myra George) is not an economist, but she loves econ as much as I do. One example: She attended a talk by Raj Chetty today and sent me pictures of the two of them together! Thankful for having such a cool and supportive mom!
