To, in the same breath, in a public address, talk about the higher turnout of female delegates to a conference, and then refer to said delegates as “the other gender” is beyond disappointing. Do better.

So everyone knows… non-cis-white-male paleontologists are here and doing fantastic science and we are here to stay. I am so incredibly proud of us. Now I need to get off Twitter and enjoy the rest of the conference that my peers and mentors have worked so hard for.

Today was my last day of undergrad classes 🎉 only a few more assignments before I’m completely done!!

It’s been a whirlwind of a semester but besides my thesis, I’ve been completing three courses. One of which is a studio oil painting class that I submitted my final for yesterday !! Here are some highlights of me trying to make art.
