The new album from LoneLady ‘Former Things’ was announced today, out 25th June via Warp Records. Big thanks to VRTU Music for bringing me into the team as Creative Director on the project, which I’ve been chipping away at behind the scenes for six months now.

We are Bonfire Tide; a new Indie Folk band based in Manchester, UK. Since forming in 2020 we have been busy honing our sound, drawing on influences from Arcade Fire, Bon Iver and The National. Our first string of live gig dates and new music releases are both coming soon!

Buzzed to finally share the debut single from my band Bonfire Tide, along with a little music video I pulled together within a few days after the original outdoor concept was scuppered by the Manchester rain ☔️

One year ago today we released 'This is Just an Interval’; a film that was lovingly made by a crew that gave their time in return for pizza and parking expenses, and has since gone on to win an award and feature at film festivals - validation of hard work and a deserved cause.

tendai - Infinite Straight Produced for Academy Films. This beaut visual was directed by Ethan+Tom and shot by Paul Mortlock GBCT, along with a very northern crew. We filmed up on the closed A57 Snake Road in the Peak District; an absolute dream of a backdrop for this sick track.
