Congrats to our Tigers at Roland Story! Lots of PRs tonight. JH medalists were Charis and Makayla and HS medalists were Blake, Katelyn, Madelyn, and Hannah.

It’s senior week! Mila’s favorite XC memory is hugs from her family and team after winning state last year. She says, “No matter how hard it may seem, or how much it hurts, the memories, friendship; and growth you make in this sport will last a lifetime.”

Congrats to our girls for winning the Ogden invitational!

Senior Brody Buck has run XC for 3 years and his favorite course is Ogden. His favorite memory is cooking down with the team after qualifying for state. He says, “Committing to this sport is so beneficial for your character and your team becomes your family.”

Senior Matai Peasley’s favorite course is Ballard and he has been in XC for 4 years. His favorite memory is doing army chants after districts last year with the team. His advice to underclass men is to give 110% everyday in practice. Go Matai!

Aspen has been in xc for 2 years. His LEAST favorite course is Ogden, but he ran a PR on it this week! Coach's favorite memory is when he showed up at practice for the first time after she tried to get him out for xc for 2 years. His advice is, "Stretch, you'll hurt if you don't!

Six year Senior Tate Lawson’s favorite course is the old Panorama course, and his favorite memory is breaking the 20:00 barrier or running a PR after eating double crispito for lunch. “The only way to change your life is to be the change you want.”

Blake Renze is a six year senior whose favorite course is ISU. His favorite memory is running the week before state and singing “All of Me” with the team. “Make sure you are having fun and enjoying the process.”

n to state! Madrid Tigers win the Central Springs state qualifying meet! All the girls reached their goal for the meet. Individual qualifiers were Hannah, Madelyn and Katelyn, champ for the second year in a row! Boys end their season tonight fighting tough. We love our Tigers!

Pre-meet day included a walk through at the elementary, pre-meet to the bank for suckers, and goodie bags for our amazing team! Go Tigers!
