All my recent doctor's visits have been virtual, and frankly pretty effective, albeit at the same cost (~$450/visit) -- that tells you a lot about how much room there for improvement in American healthcare efficiency to increase through-put and reduce costs.

It's time to put our money where our mouth is. Let's try to solve for these issues at the grassroots level, rather than finding bandaid solution that fail the test of time.

Great articulation of how building start up from grounds up is VERY different from scaling a startup that has Product Market fit. Also, there is no right or wrong way to build a product from 0 to 1 but these are good heuristics/learnings.

Large companies could definitely use an AI companion with expertise in mental models / decision making / product management. That would help combat innovators dilemma -- move fast, eliminate gate keeping layers of people and be purely rational about decision making.
