Providing optimal (not just minimal) #nutrition to #Ebola patients has proven quite a challenge in the midst of an outbreak while maintaining sufficient infection control practices. A group of us worked with GNC Technical Alliance to chart some initial guidance for future outbreaks. ⤵️
