The pre-Conference closing ceremony was officiated by the Vice Chancellor of Makerere University, Prof. Barnabas Nawangwe, and attended by the Principal of Makerere University CEDAT, Prof. Moses Musinguzi, alongside Dr. Lydia Ndandiko Mazzi, PhD, Head of the Department of Geomatics and Land Management.
