For me the most impactful data Florian Rieder #DDW2025 was interim analysis of #Stenova 1st stricturing CD trial showing esp 200 qd dose: - Safety/tolerability prim. endpoint - Improvements in SES-CD, scope passability & MRE findings - Symptom improvement - Transcriptional changes
