Dear diary. We used to talk about good design, now all we seem to talk about is tools and process. We need more discussion on what good services look like and a design literacy for the full design stack that make these a reality.

Probably the biggest mistake most #ServiceDesign folks have made is to push the ‘it starts with the end-user’ narrative, when it really all ‘starts’ with drastically changing the org. models, culture & philosophy (etc.) to make real sustainable change happen
