Cydney: It’s been 3 weeks since the U.S. Breastfeeding Conference & Convening in Washington, D.C. and I’m still in deep reflection. I’m so grateful for the opportunity from USBC to not only attend the conference but present what MMW is doing to impact our community nationally!

Black Breastfeeding Week 2023 is just around the corner!! From Aug. 25-31st MMW will be celebrating and honoring breast/chestfeeding and lactation among Black and African-American parents on their feeding journey. Events will be packed with education, giveaways, and celebrations!

Throwback to this past May and our Mother’s Day celebration. We first celebrated and had fellowship with our Lincoln families at Malone with a gorgeous picnic. Our Lincoln moms and their families ate great food and enjoyed a mini family photo shoot.
