L'Ambassadeur Carmelo Inguanez a effectué une visite officielle à Strasbourg le vendredi 19 février. Durant ces entretiens des sujets d'intérêt commun ont été abordés tels que l'environnement, le changement climatique, les échanges culturels, les étudiants et l’immigration.

On 26th June, H.E. Carmelo Inguanez with the Mayor of St Tropez Sylvie Siri launched the 20th edition of the Trophée Bailli De Suffren – a yachting race from Saint Tropez to Malta. The 15 competing yachts are scheduled to make a stopover in Gozo, arriving in Malta on 8 July.

On 17th dec, H.E. Inguanez visited Bordeaux and met the Prefet of the region, Ms Buccio and the Mayor of Bordeaux, Mr Hurmic. He was accompanied by First Secretary and Consul Mr Robert John Micallef. The visit was organised by MT’s Honorary Consul in Bordeaux Mr Marcello Roudil.
