Year 2 have been sampling different foods and rating each one on appearance, aroma, texture and taste. We all agreed that pepperoni was very spicy. Over the next few weeks, we will practise our cutting and grating skills before making our very own tasty lunch

In IT this week, Year 2 became computer programmers, where we learnt what an algorithm is and how we can write a set of instructions to tell the computer what to do. We enjoyed creating lines of code to direct our avatar.

In year 3 we have been practicing our spreading and slicing cooking techniques. We have practiced these techniques to ensure that we have the right skills when making our own individual quiches in the next couple of weeks.

On Friday, Y5 and 6 students from our feeder schools attended MA for a taster day full of fun activities, including science experiments and bookmark making. #confidence #responsibility

Year 5 had an amazing time at Alton Towers Resort last week where they experienced the G Force on many rides. Every child faced their fears and tried a range of different rides. Take a look at our pictures on the website.

In Nursery we received a letter from Daddy Bear saying that Goldilocks had escaped from jail even though we caught her last week! He left us some resources and we decided to help the police again by making some big WANTED posters.
