This year the Manassas Park Police has seen a 20 percent increase in larcenies from vehicles. Larcenies from unlocked motor vehicle are crimes of opportunity. Residents are encouraged to lock their vehicles at all times.

DETER THEFT FROM SHEDS The Manassas Park Police Department has seen in increase in thefts from sheds. The Police Department is reminding residents to secure their sheds and exterior structures with high quality locks.

Severe weather is forecasted for the region this weekend. Following severe weather, power outages and flooding can occur. Those outages can impact busy intersections throughout the city by turning stoplights into four-way stop situations for traffic.

In honor of our Military Veterans and active-duty members Manassas Park Police Department with the help of Performance Auto Body has designed a police cruiser to show our support to our military personnel.

On March 18, 2024, starting at 7am the main entrance to the Manassas Park Police Station will be closed for renovation. The station will remain open during this time. Please park in the side PD lot and call 703-361-1136. Someone will come let you in the side door of the station.
