Oracle Park was on its game tonight! The Giants beat the Dodgers in a game where Logan Webb got touched up. I’ve been to a lot of games and this is up there with a lot of 2021 games in terms of best environments since the World Series runs.

There were a lot of Dodgers fans tonight, especially down the first base line. But I don’t think there were nearly as many Dodgers fans tonight as there were last season.

Just in the last couple of innings: - Schmitt doesn’t tag up from 2nd on a ball to deep CF - Bailey can’t get a bunt down - Matos lazily makes catch in RF, giving LAD opportunity to tag up (they didn’t take advantage) - Flores bounces throw to 1st leading to another run

Just a gut-punch loss for the Giants before the break. Needed only two productive outs in the 10th to win the game and the Giants couldn’t get it done. Ray was very good, the bullpen was great, and Matos got you to extras with a pinch-hit HR. Nothing from the starting lineup.
