Prof Marc Tennant AM Aged care residents are there 24/7,don't go home nightly where family scrutinise their well being.Many have no-one visiting often enuf to oversee their care.They could be at higher risk of abuse. Didn't RC rpt some staff said dementia residents weren't impacted by sexual abuse.
