A5-Yes we improved our procedure for parents to be present when students are questioned right after the tragedy happened because it was one of our employees children that this happened to leading us to immediately reflect on our own practice. #IASPAchat

A7-Our application system no longer asks for salary. We have had discussions with all hiring administrators to make sure they know this is not an acceptable question in the interview process. #IASPAchat
