Pretty sure that this is the first time Trump's private Boeing 757 has landed at Joint Base Andrews. As president-elect in 2016, his plane flew into Reagan National Airport several times, but to my recollection never Andrews. He's likely landing there for security reasons

All military helicopters flying along the Potomac River talk to the same air traffic control tower as the planes taking off and landing at DCA. The air traffic controller usually alerts landing planes of passing helicopters, and passing helicopters of landing planes #planecrash

Many of the military helicopters flying in the DC area do not broadcast ADS-B data. The fighter jets flying out of Andrews rarely broadcast ADS-B either
