Back on my road bike in CA cycling out of Pt. Reyes. Left a water bottle in the Alps, so had to find a way to keep the replacement in the bottle holder. Far less aerodynamic than the other riders who passed me, and it worked! #cycling #ptreyes

Picking blackberries in CA, Blackberries are native to the Americas and Europe. Research shows they are high in vitamin c and antioxidants, although I’m going to put them in pie and I imagine that may cancel out those particular benefits. #blackberrypicking #rosaceae
