WTF?! Over HALF of ALL FY2 doctors will be UNEMPLOYED from next month. After enduring: 🚩£100,000 debt 🚩Salary of £18/hr 🚩Placed anywhere in the country 🚩Forced rotation Now 50% chance of unemployment! Seriously, why would anyone want to be a doctor in this country?!

WAR - what is good for? The playbook of Govts is to declare disputes ‘wars’ as it makes one an aggressor, the other the defender But this is no war it’s a negotiation, it should be a conversation between employer & employees, adults, not playing ‘war’ games It needs leadership

I find it wild how many people have told me "but you're just finishing F2 you don't have any real responsibilities you'll be ok" in response to my lack of proper job next week I have a mortgage to pay. And potentially a divorce settlement. But I'm early in my career so it's OK?

NHS doctors are being left unemployed after years of training, because the Government won’t fund enough training jobs. Doctors want to care for patients, but are being blocked from training to become consultants or GPs. Patients wait, doctors are wasted. A national disgrace.

Docking pay to underperforming trusts is wild. Could it be these trusts are underperforming because they are chronically underfunded? Cuts will only ultimately hurt frontline staff who will have to do more with less.
