Congrats to ‘25 grad Will Denny, who will represent the United States of America at the 2025 U20 Pan-Am Championships in July! Will also wrestles this weekend at the World Team Trials in Geneva, Ohio for a spot on team USA and a chance to compete for a World Title. Good luck!

Pan-Am Gold for Denny!

NC State-bound Will Denny, a three-time state champ from Marist, captured gold for the U.S. in Peru on Saturday at the U-20 Pan Am Games. He beat Puerto Rico by pin in the first round; Canada by tech (12-2) in the second round; and El Salvador by tech (11-0) in the gold-medal

If I am correct, this is an even bigger feat for Will Denny than I first thought. From digging, Will is the first Chicago-based wrestler to win gold at the Pan American Games since Joe Williams (Mount Carmel), who did that in 1999 and 2003.  For those that don’t know the
