What's this going through the aortic valve? 🧐

Membranous VSD in a 59 y.o female with chronic combined systolic and diastolic heart failure. Systolic murmur heard but VSD was never caught due to very difficult conventional imaging windows. VSD confirmed from subcostal PSAX view and confirmed by TEE.
