Lost my Dad last week. Tried to get home to say goodbye but didn’t make it in time. He lived a hard life to make mine easier. Gutted I never got to tell him how I felt, let your dad know how you feel if he’s still around. No messages or texts please

Fundamentally disagree with this. Match ' 🏃‍♂️demands' aren't there 2b replicated metre for metre for conditioning. The distribution of the events aren't regular. Replication is fools gold. Structured conditioning can achieve a strong physiological stimulus in less time / distance

It’s that time of year where pseudoscience rears its head up regarding cramping during football 🏈 games. It’s a complex issue. When trainers/coaches take on a god complex that they have the answer or know with 💯 percent certainty why they (cramps) happen, just walk away.

Nice one for oldies. Start every 3 min, row 15 cal, ski erg 12 cal, assault bike 9 cal. Goal is 10 sets. Every time you miss the 3min take a 2 min break. Keep going for 10 sets total. Progress is getting to 10 💔with no breaks
