What a place is where we’re staying north of Lake District right on the coast. Walked miles today, spent quality time together with the wife & gave me some much needed downtime but also an opportunity to regroup & focus on next plans & how to go that next level

6 miles along the coast line this morning. Last day here in the Lakes before heading back tomorrow to life at million mph but wouldn’t have it any other way 😃

I wanted to give AstleySportsVillage gym members a brand new hybrid workout experience for 2025 which I could deliver & fit in early doors on a Sunday. Being out the house for 06:30 to set it up & deliver this session is made so much easier when you have great members who give 💯 👊
