Dr Scott W Murray LipoFan Austin Dudzinski, PharmD, BCACP Clint O'Meley Sam Tsimikas, MD John Kastelein Thomas Dayspring Back to the drawing board! Perhaps the reason for Lp(a) reduction with PCSK9i is more related to PCSK9's putative role in intracellular assembly along with a shift to larger VLDL-p size, influencing apo(a) binding...maybe Marlys Koschinsky will figure it out!

What a master class in Apo(a) by Michael Boffa! It's so hard to summarize in a tweet Really interesting data showing how specific mutations on His33 play a major role in OxPL. National Lipid Association #NLASessions
