Happy to share that our proof of the barren plateau - Lie algebra conjecture is now published on Nature Communications! nature.com/articles/s4146… Huge thanks to the team Marco Cerezo Michael Ragone fredericsauv KemperLab Bojko and Carlos!

🚨 New Summer School paper: 👉Random ensembles of symplectic and unitary states are indistinguishable 👈 arxiv.org/abs/2409.16500 By our amazing students Max West, Antonio Anna Mele, and also feature Martin Larocca See 🧵 for details:

New paper out, directly by the Los Alamos National Laboratory summer school! We analyze classical shadows with respect to the orthogonal group (or real Cliffords), and find that it can be advantageous over the full unitary case in various situations for real observables. 🎲⚛️

Can I interest you in a new BQP-complete problem? It's about huge interferometers. Proud to see our paper published in PRL! journals.aps.org/prl/abstract/1… Thanks for the fun collaboration Marco Cerezo Andrew Sornborger Martin Larocca Diego García-Martín. Also on Bluesky bsky.app/profile/alicew…

This is an extremely cool paper from our summer school! If you missed it, and want the tldr, LANL recently put out a press release on our work!! lanl.gov/media/news/052… Again, huge props to my co authors Alice Barthe, Andrew Sornborger Martin Larocca Diego García-Martín!

New work on Quantum resource theories! arxiv.org/abs/2507.10851 A big thanks to my collaborators Antonio Anna Mele Pablo Bermejo Paolo Braccia A. Deneris Martin Larocca and specially Marco Cerezo We provide a unifying framework leading to new free operations, 🧵⬇️
