Two weeks to #WorldMartiniDay! Here’s the Dry Martini with Poire Poivrée. So much character from the voluptuous Alsatian Williams Pear Eau de Vie base, it doesn’t need a lot of help from vermouth. We suggest 9:1 (90/7.5ml gin to dry vermouth) and either pear or a twist.
