Thursday was joyful as I welcomed #Wigan borough’s newest British citizens on behalf of His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant for Greater Manchester GM Lieutenancy. I was inspired by their commitments to make a positive difference to the community they now proudly call home.

We were pleased to participate in the Crucial Crew Event, which took place over 5 days last week. Through 84 swift-turnaround workshops, we engaged with 735 students addressing the topic of cyber bullying & its potential legal consequences for those transitioning to high school.
