NEW #ACSEditorsChoice featured today: Czioska, Boubnov, Serhiy Cherevko, Jan-Dierk Grunwaldt et al present an important paper on iridium oxide OER catalysts under reaction conditions, probed by operando spectroscopy. #OA Helmholtz-Institut Erlangen-Nürnberg ACS Publications fal.cn/3h5PL

Check this mini-review presenting our current vision of how Ir stability and OER activity are interlinked. We hope it will aid in designing improved catalysts/interfaces. Was great working together with Anja LonÄar, Daniel Escalera and Nejc Hodnik (ElectroCat)

Check out our Serhiy Cherevko, CopƩret Group / @coperetgroup.bsky.social, and @KenHaenen recent work: authors.elsevier.com/a/1ga-6_JcNFxm9 We show that single-atom catalysts undergo a mechanism shift during OER, causing support degradation and catalyst destabilization. #Electrochemistry #Electrocatalysis #OER

Excited to share our ACS Catalysis publication! We studied backing electrode degradation during OER accelerated stress tests and proposed new catalyst benchmarking strategies. Thanks to all our collaborators, and my mentor Serhiy Cherevko. Learn more: pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acā¦

Recently published the work that Dr. Jonas M. Linge from University of Tartu performed during his PhD stay at Helmholtz-Institut Erlangen-Nürnberg! It provides new insights about the stability of Ag-based electrocatalysts for OER and ORR. Thanks to all the co-authors! pubs.acs.org/doi/full/10.10ā¦
