Mathpix claims to offer PDF -> LaTeX / Markdown conversion. I was skeptical… but the results are quite amazing! Does anyone know if this implements a published model? Or is it all proprietary? mathpix.com

Our new Code OCR feature allows you to capture and share code snippets in seconds, making it simpler to read, collaborate, and document your code in real-time. Here we used the desktop app to extract a code snippet from the Bitcoin paper--it works perfectly!

We've added support for MOL, InChI, and InChI Key output formats when taking screenshots of chemistry. This enables search by molecule in digital databases, making it easier for researchers and students to find and explore corresponding research:

We have recently made major improvements to our chemical diagram recognition, including preserving the orientation rendered molecules--a significant enhancement over the previous version that sometimes provided SMILES in a different orientation.

Our search feature has been optimized to recognize code snippets within academic papers, technical manuals, and other professional documents. A single keyword is all it takes to find the relevant document and navigate directly to the section where the code is located.

You can now select your desired font type and size when exporting a Note to DOCX. We’ve also added automatic language detection so DOCX files don't open full of spelling error underlines! You can skip the pop-up and set your default export preferences directly in your Settings.
