It's now been 14 days on my 17 day trip abroad, & not only has Turkish Airlines not delivered my bag, they won't actually give me any info about my bag... they just keep telling me to fill out the same form, which I filled out 2 weeks ago. TK HelpDesk hasn't been so helpful.
So, Turkish Airlines failed to get my bag to me for my entire 17 day trip across 4 continents. I've now been back home in San Francisco for a day and a half, and I still have yet to receive any updates from from TK HelpDesk. All they say is they are "investigating."
