In Spite of Me: this was written by the late brilliant Mark Sandman. I saw Morphine perform in 1994 at a laundromat in Cincinnati and bought the CD from Mark after the show. #TimsTwitterListeningParty

Big Bird: one morning I came into the studio and Booker T. Jones was playing this on guitar. He said “let’s do this today.” He wrote it with Eddie Floyd in 1967. #TimsTwitterListeningParty
