An opportunity to work with a great team and a fantastic facility at the CPC-Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Clinic Sydney Local Health District NSW Health

~22 min per day MVPA (= World Health Organization (WHO)’ 150min per week) elimantes the higher risk of death from sed time, and higher MVPA is assocaited with lower risk regardless of sed time 🥇🚶🏃♂️🕺 bjsm.bmj.com/content/early/… This was 5/5 of my PhD at UiT Norges arktiske universitet 1/n

Some trivia about our new British Journal of Sports Medicine (BJSM) paper led by ⭐️postdoc Matthew Ahmadi ➡️ came up w the idea during a 10d meditation retreat involving 11 hours/d of sitting cross-legged. Only exercise permitted during breaks was walking. I could cloak 9-10K steps/d. Was it enough...? 🙃
