Today, Mark Isherwood MS attended our event in Wrexham highlighting the vital impact of our specialist employment support services. Mark met with participants and employers and discovered how the local programmes have helped nearly 1,000 people locally.



Today in Swansea, we welcomed Rebecca Evans MS, Julie James MS and Althaf Hussain MS to celebrate the Work and Health Programme (WHP) and WHP Pioneer. They learned more about our specialist employment support in South Wales and presented awards to our participants and partners.


Over 2.8 million people in the UK are out of work due to long-term sickness, but health is just one of many barriers to employment. Today, we welcomed Heledd Fychan AS/ MS 🏴 MS to our office in Cardiff to highlight the vital employability support we provide in the area. During the visit, Heledd had a tour of our site, met Employment Advisors, and learned more about the importance of our Community Partnership Network.

We were delighted to welcome Peredur Owen Griffiths AS/MS Owen Griffiths MS to our office in Newport to learn more about our work supporting local people into sustainable employment. Across Wales, our employability programmes have helped nearly 50,000 people into work. #TransformingLives
