As you have probably heard, HRM is under new COVID-19 restrictions. As of Thursday, the Mayflower Curling Club will be closed for two weeks. The bar is now closed & all practice ice is cancelled. League play tonight will go ahead. We will update re: Wed league games tonight.

With the easing of provincial restrictions, the Mayflower will reopen on Dec 21 for practice only. Initially, there will be 4 sheets available for 4 hours per day. Please check the club website for updates and further details mayflowercc.com

The NS govt has extended restrictions on sports for an additional 2 weeks. No games are permitted until at least Jan 24. In the meantime, the club will remain open with limited hours for practice only. The practice schedule for the next week will be posted by Sunday at noon.

With the extension of restrictions I figured this was coming, but it still sucks to see it official. 😞
