The Mayor visited Falconwood Community Centre Horticultural Society’s Annual Flower Show attended by Falconwood and Welling Ward Councillors. A stunning array of produce, flowers, plants, arts,crafts, preserves & cakes. Well done to all who took part.

The Mayor joined Age UK Bexley’s staff and service users at their Summer Party held at Frognal House Care Home. Guests and residents enjoyed a delicious buffet & musical entertainment, with a variety of stalls highlighting community support services as well as local produce.

Tonight the Mayor joined the Mayor of Swanley & fellow Mayors at a fundraising event to celebrate the 50th Anniversary spectacular at Swanley Park with live music, a Rock Choir and the Eynsford Concert Band. The finale was a spectacular firework display.

The Mayor attended the opening of Ark-G Dental & Cosmetics Centre, Crayford a fantastic family business with Drs Apollonius and Margarita Allen at the helm - supported by their three children,all of whom are also Dentists! Congratulations Ark-G, wishing you continued success!

The Deputy Mayor joined clients & volunteers at ‘We Grow Together in Belvedere for a fantastic display of their cooking & baking skills. It was lovely meeting so many of you and hearing such touching stories about what a difference this project has made to so many young adults.

Tonight the Mayor attended Bexley Rotary Club’s weekly meeting as their guest ‘after dinner’ speaker. This amazing organisation has been established for over 80 years to raise money & provide assistance to a whole range of local & international good causes.
