After 15 years of costly litigation, the City helped finalize a historic settlement between San Diego County Water Authority and MWD of SoCal. The current state budget DOES NOT include new funding for #HHAP. Without funding San Diego could see 426 shelter beds and 30% of our street outreach teams eliminated. Contact your legislators and tell them to fund progress and invest in HHAP Round 7.
