Alongside Ofsted, Care Quality Commission and HM Inspectorate of Probation, we've published a report that finds serious youth violence is affecting children across England and damaging communities. HMI Michelle Skeer QPM OBE sets out the importance of early intervention and training to reduce the risks faced⬇️
