Enjoying more black angus ribeye on sale this week and staying with the reverse sear. Baked to 120 internal again today, but this time finished in the cast iron skillet with beef bacon fat.

First attempt at Shanks, and definitely not the last. Fall apart decadence. - Braised in tallow - 6 hours 250⁰ - 2 cups of bone broth - At 4 hours, add a stick Kerrygold (cut in half, piece on top of each) - Danos Spicy Seasoning (no sugar/seed oils) Thanks for all the tips!

- Braised in tallow

Dropped sunglasses 3 years ago. I mean zero glasses after 40 years of living on the beach. It was unintentional but a major biohack win. I have zero scientific evidence, but I know how I feel. ☀️💪🏼 Anyone else experience this naturally while adopting a carnivore lifestyle?

10 weeks cheese-free, cranking up the workouts, and crushed a 7-mile 65 lb ruck this AM. Reward? Wagyu cheeseburgers stacked with pork roll, bacon, egg, & 🧀 Back to no cheese for 30 days. Why? Because I can. 💪🏼

London Broil sales are sneaky. Get excited for a big steak & you tell yourself, "its not too lean"....it is. Oh well, up the fat with butter & tallow and have at it. 2 day dry brine 1 day wet marinade in tallow and spicy Dan-O’s Seasoning 8 hour sous vide 125⁰ Grill finish 👌🏻
