The enzyme ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase (RuBisCo) accounts for most of the solubilized protein and it can be purified from the soluble leaf protein fraction. At TARLA, the extracted proteins were analyzed by gel electrophoresis. • #FunTomP #PRIMA #RuBisCo
