With Wauwatosa absentee ballots done, only 4 Milwaukee County municipalities are still counting: Oak Creek, Franklin, West Allis and, Milwaukee. County Clerk George Christenson says the timetable still is for all absentee ballots to be finished by 3 AM. Journal Sentinel
