On my way to Tampa, I had my first in-flight medical emergency. It was eye opening to me the number of basic things that ARE NOT available on a flight (no pulse ox, no glucometer, oxygen tank only went to 2 liters). Almost need a class separate from BLS/ACLS/PALS.
