Lovely work from the STRATAA consortium, led by Zoe Anne Dyson Ashton & @DrKatHolt. Consistent community surveillance in Africa and Asia dissected the behaviour of highly localised clusters of S. Typhi w/ AMR spreading between age groups and lasting over several seasons.
