Scientific societies that specialise in biological rhythms have consistently called to abolish #DaylightSaving Time (DST) due to its associated health risks. A/Prof @GachonLab, Meltem Weger and Benjamin Weger say DST can lead to delayed bedtimes, leading to inadequate sleep.
